The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
Creating processes
Ensuring quality meets expectations
Leading continuous improvement projects
Optimizing Materials Requirement Planning
Creating best practices
Working with Epicor software
Creating Standard Operating procedures
Creating training materials and training others
Tracking labor
The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:
Three years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing process improvement management role
Two years of Enterprise Resource Planning Software experience
Possess the ability to read and understand engineering drawings
A manufacturing related degree
A solid work history
A US citizen or possess a green card
A residence within 45 minutes
