Senior Mechanical Engineer
A dynamic opportunity exists for a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer to design cutting-edge technologies with both immediate and future commercial applications. The role focuses on developing advanced mixing and processing solutions for a variety of industries, involving unique patented technologies that use high-intensity, low-frequency acoustic energy to mix solids, liquids, and gases. Responsibilities:

Lead projects from start to finish, including product design and development.
Resolve product and process issues, support new product/process development, conduct technical investigations, and prepare design specifications for management review.
Design mechanical systems for prototypes, pre-commercial, and new commercial products in a fast-paced product development environment.
Deliver quality designs that meet the needs of demanding industrial manufacturing clients.
Demonstrate technical leadership and strong work ethic, managing projects both as a team leader and a participant.
Collaborate effectively with the team to develop and complete product designs.
Utilize CAD and CAE tools for design and analysis, including SolidWorks and Finite Element Analysis (ANSYS preferred).

 
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Minimum of ten years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong background in product development and design for manufacturing.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and Finite Element Analysis.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
