Service Manager - Miami
Job responsibilities:

The service manager will operate the service department at maximum production, controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relationships, setting and obtaining sales objectives and maintaining service records
Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
Serve as a liaison between technicians, the parts dept., and customers
Distribute work between technicians
Prioritize required services
Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience
Maintain accurate records; execute warranty parts retention, following all OEM requirements
Take ownership of customers’ experience
Manage and hire technicians and service advisors
Lead improvement efforts that support annual goals for service and cost control
Assure a clean and safe working environment

Must Have Job Requirements:

3+ years as a Thermo King or Carrier Service Manager
Strong diesel repair and reefer background (8+ years)
A relentless focus on customer satisfaction and follow-up
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and multi-task effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Basic computer skills (Karmak experience preferred)
