Inside Sales Representative

SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its client in Kalamazoo, MI. The person will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, support sales operations, and enhance client relationships. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to manage customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain high-quality customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering prompt and accurate responses to build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
· Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored support, fostering positive relationships with clients in healthcare, medical practice, and drug testing.
· Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-up, proactive communication, and prompt resolution of any issues.
· Support the sales team in managing sales order processing, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking shipments.
· Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
· Verify and process customer orders in accordance with internal guidelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness, particularly for drug testing and healthcare-related orders.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, orders, and sales data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
· Prepare sales documentation, such as proposals, contracts, and service agreements, that adhere to the industry standards of clinical healthcare and medical practice.
· Assist in educating clients about new products, services, or healthcare solutions that could benefit their practices or patient outcomes.
· Coordinate with marketing to provide clients with relevant promotional materials, updates, and information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in clinical healthcare, medical practice, or a related field.
· Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of clinical or medical terminology is a plus.
