Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Description:
Lead luxury residential construction projects from start to finish, focusing on wood-frame over-podium builds.
Oversee project planning, budget control, and schedule adherence to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Drive value engineering and cost-saving strategies throughout project phases.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations, fostering a safe work environment.
Manage contract negotiations, develop project scopes, and handle RFQs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain open communication with all project stakeholders.
Leverage construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Project) to track progress and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years in project management, specifically in wood-frame, luxury multi-unit residential construction.
Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and relevant construction technologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of value engineering and budget management.
