Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate practice group in Atlanta. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a collaborative and experienced team working on complex commercial real estate finance transactions.
Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar Admission in Georgia.
2-4 years of substantive experience in commercial real estate finance, representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, along with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft loan documents and perform due diligence for commercial real estate finance transactions.
Review and analyze title, survey, and organizational documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Maintain and update closing checklists to ensure smooth and efficient management of transactions.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys to represent clients in a variety of real estate finance matters, contributing to a positive client experience.
