There is no travel associated with this position. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
Meeting with and communicating with a variety of vendors and customers both verbally or written
Being responsive to incoming phone calls
Proving technical support and troubleshooting
Supporting and managing project workflow
Working with customers as well as the parts and service area to resolve problems
Creating work orders and invoices
Billing and invoicing customers
Supporting the service managers as needed
Participate in service scheduling, if needed
Handling Return Merchandise Authorizations
Participating in scheduling training for service employees
Training others as needed
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
Four years of technical support or field service experience with hydraulics, drives, PLCs, mechanical and electrical
Experience reading and understanding engineering drawings
Possess the ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment
Four or more years of supporting customers
Exceptional communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
A solid work history
A US citizen or possess a green card
A residence within 45 minutes
