RN, Hospice Director of Clinical Services (DCS)

REQUIRED: Hospice & hospice clinical operations management experience required.
The Director of Clinical Services (DCS) is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services. The DCS establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total company mission and values.
3-5yrs recent hospice experience required.
1-2yrs hospice management experience required: Clinical Manager, Director of Clinical, Director of Nursing, Patient Care Managers, etc.
Planning, budgets: Census / staffing ratio, KPI
Strong QA/PI, Compliance
Adaptable, Solutions Oriented
Strong work ethic
Partners with people, team builder, mentor/coach, good trainer
Graduate of an accredited associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
State licensed RN
Previous experience in hospice/home care setting and with two (2) years management or supervisory experience. Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting.
