Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their Real Estate Finance group in Dallas.
Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar Admission in Texas.
4-6 years of substantive real estate finance experience, including the preparation and negotiation of loan documents and handling due diligence for real estate loan closings.
Experience with recapitalizations, joint ventures, and related corporate and financial transactions.
Proven experience working with CMBS lenders, special and master servicers, commercial banks, insurers, and private lenders.
AmLaw 200 experience preferred.
Proficient at complex legal drafting.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in real estate financing, acquisitions, and dispositions across various asset types, including retail, industrial, multifamily, healthcare, and hospitality.
Prepare and negotiate loan documents, review due diligence materials, and provide strategic legal counsel on transactions.
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on complex real estate finance matters.
