Job Description

Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and tasks to maintain seamless daily operations.
Develop and manage project schedules, addressing delays to keep timelines on track.
Oversee budget adherence, implementing cost-effective strategies without sacrificing quality or safety.
Enforce compliance with OSHA standards and conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety.
Act as the primary on-site contact for stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring smooth communication.
Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, progress updates, and change orders using tools like Procore.


Qualifications


Experience: 5–10+ years of construction management or site supervision, preferably in wood-frame residential projects.

Skills: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).

Knowledge: Strong understanding of podium construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Competencies:
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes in Connecticut.
