Your Role: As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex projects. You’ll lead a design team of 5 to 10 members, ensuring that we meet our clients’ needs while adhering to timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a design team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
Manage resources efficiently to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Conduct thorough analysis and design reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide expert advice.
Stay informed about the latest construction processes, materials, and legal regulations to ensure best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years in structural engineering, with a preference for consulting experience.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to design and analysis.
Creative Problem-Solver: A knack for thinking outside the box to find effective solutions.
Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
Knowledgeable: Understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
Physical Capability: Willingness to visit construction sites and clients’ facilities as needed.
Certification: A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
