Programmer / Software Developer
We are seeking a talented and motivated Programmer / Software Developer.  As a key member, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that drive manufacturing operations.  Newly created position open due to growth.
Key Responsibilities:


Software Development: Develop, maintain, and migrate software applications and databases to ensure seamless operations.

ERP System Enhancements: Enhance ERP system to align with evolving business needs and industry standards.

Troubleshooting and Support: Provide timely and effective support to users, troubleshooting software issues and offering solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and software optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proficiency in MS SQL database programming and querying languages
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with ERP/Manufacturing systems (Aptium)
