About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Manager to oversee the operations of the Cath Lab. This role requires 24-hour management of the assigned unit, ensuring patient care meets established standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Cath Lab department.
Ensure high standards of patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational and clinical goals.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN required.
Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
Active ACLS and BCLS certifications.
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience and 1–2 years of progressive management experience.
Demonstrated ability to provide age-appropriate care and services.
