We are looking for a candidate located in the Hartford, CT area. Job Summary/OverviewAs a Director of Managed Services Operations, you will manage a team in the Hartford Office with a core focus on new business development, operations, and recruiting process.  The role focuses on new prospects, refining the procurement and staffing model within IT/SOW service delivery, and continuing to support the company’s IT services and staffing business segment.  Essential Duties/Responsibilities
·        Plan: Develop an annual plan for the Hartford office to hit targets in defined territory, typically covering multiple states and/or regions and how to extend the service delivery beyond the Northeast and into other Fortune 1000 businesses.
·        Consistently helping sales execs to work on building a balanced pipeline of target prospects through traditional means of prospecting (cold calling, email, phone, LinkedIn) as well as building and leveraging a diverse group of ecosystem partners to provide referrals and business development opportunities.
·        Qualifying opportunities: Strong understanding of target market and decision-making personas will help to qualify or disqualify quickly.
·        Staffing and Recruiting Process: Help refine and execute at optimal levels for existing and new clients.
·        Manage and Explore tools and systems: Utilize tools and systems that can empower and make our recruiting process more efficient within IT.
·        Work to have sales execs achieve quota target by meeting sales activity metrics
·        Make sure sales exec’s administrative tasks and duties are done in a timely manner
Job Requirements And Qualifications
·       Education: Bachelor’s degree desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience.
·       Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): None
·       10+ years’ experience in IT services, staffing and delivery   
·       Experience managing within the Fortune 500 supply chain
·       Proven Aerospace and Network is a plus.
