Job Purpose: The X-Ray Technologist, ASC is responsible for using imaging equipment to produce x-ray images of the patient's anatomy as requested by the physician. The X-Ray Technologist’s main priority is to ensure that the patient is safe throughout the image taking process and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, standard of care, and in accordance with state certification and regulations.
