Beautiful apartment complex in Urbana IL has immediate need for a Property Manager. This position comes with a great starting salary, in addition to commissions on apartments rented, health care, 401k, and a great vacation policy!

Sign on bonus of $3000!!! ($1000 after 3 months, $1000 after 6 months, and $1000 after 9 months of employment)
Salary + Benefits:
Very Competitive Pay Rates
Vacation Pay –Up to 4 weeks per year

Property Manager: The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of a multifamily or commercial property.
Essential Duties:
Prepare & maintain the operating and capital budgets
Collect and deposit all rents and other revenues generated by the site
Prepare non-paying accounts for eviction and appear in court if necessary
Process accounts payable
Record and track all assets
Process deposit accounting statements
Process intermediate payroll, ensuring that time cards are error free
Maintain all records on the site
Prepare, Monitor and Adjust the marketing plan
Supervise outreach marketing efforts
Conduct market surveys and suggest corrective course of action for subject site
Achieve and maintain occupancy targets
Achieve and maintain renewal targets
Develop and implement resident retention programs
Lease apartments
Process resident applications for occupancy
Recruit, train and inspire qualified staff members
Prepare employee evaluations
Resolves resident disputes
Ensures that all confidential data is secured
Physically inspect the asset and take appropriate action to protect the asset
Other duties as may be necessary to achieve the owners goals and objectives
Reports to: This position reports to the Regional Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Property Management or other member of the corporate team as directed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from NAA preferred
Certified Occupancy Specialist
Experience with 50059 HUD Sites
State required leasing license (if required)
Highly motivated and detail oriented
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
Basic computer skills necessary to navigate the various system used by M2
Yardi Voyager Experience a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to respond 24-hours a day to emergency situations and work weekends if needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
