2D AutoCAD and 3D SolidWorks Mechanical Engineering Drafter


A two-year engineering degree, one plus yrs of 3D design experience and one plus yrs of 2D AutoCAD experience is required
Two plus yrs of heavy equipment design experience, machine design experience or material handling design experience is also required
Pay is up to $70,000
Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

Designing 3D SolidWorks drawings to meet customer specifications
Designing 2D AutoCAD drawings to meet customer specifications
Making all necessary calculations
Resolving issues and correcting errors
Meeting with sales and other engineering team members
Supporting customers







The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:

A two-year engineering degree
One year of 3D design experience (SolidWorks preferred)
Two years of professional experience creating 2D AutoCAD drawings
Two years heavy equipment design experience, machine design experience, or material handling design experience
A solid work history
A US citizen or possess a green card
A residence within 45 minutes
