AmLaw200 firm is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Partner.. This position can be based out of any of our Florida locations.  The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience practicing in a law firm. This position will require expertise in the area of Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits matters such as defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, 401k plans, and profit-sharing plans. Qualified candidates must have excellent drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within deadlines. Candidates must be a member of the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one.
 
Portable book of business is highly preferred.
