What You'll Be Doing:
Show off your mechanical aptitude by working with tools and machinery.
Get your hands dirty with some MIG welding, or be ready to learn.
Troubleshoot production hiccups and collaborate with the engineering team.
Pull kits according to specific bills of materials and make sure everything is up to spec.
Identify and reject products that don't meet quality standards.
Break down and prep received products for the next steps.
Handle activities like banding and packaging with precision.
Keep an eye on product quality with regular visual checks.
Follow standard operating procedures to a tee.
Communicate effectively with your team on all production-related tasks.
Keep your work area clean and organized (we're big on 5S here).
And of course, any other duties that might pop up!
What We're Looking For:
A high school diploma or GED.
Strong mechanical skills and experience.
Basic computer knowledge and experience.
Experience with welding (MIG) and forklifts.
The ability to read and interpret prints without supervision.
Physical stamina to lift at least 75lbs without assistance, stand for up to 10 hours, and bend at the back and knees for extended periods.
Comfort working in a facility without climate control.
