Job Description

Handle construction defect litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision
Conduct discovery, site inspections, issue analysis, depositions, and settlement negotiations
Retain and work with expert witnesses for expert discovery
Independently manage court appearances, depositions, and hearings
Collaborate with a team to achieve client and firm goals

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of construction defect experience
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
Strong litigation skills, including handling cases independently
Admission to the California Bar
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
