Job Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in enhancing our production processes. Here’s what you can expect in this exciting position:
Key Responsibilities:


Equipment Installation & Support: Assist with the installation, debugging, and programming of all equipment. Take the lead as the Poka-Yoke champion in our production areas to enhance quality and safety.


Collaboration with Maintenance: Work closely with the Maintenance department to identify project priorities and resource needs, ensuring smooth operations.


Troubleshooting & Repair: Assist the Machine Repair team with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair tasks on automated equipment.


Documentation Management: Ensure that all documentation, parameters, and programs are up to date. Gain operational knowledge of all manufacturing equipment.


Continuous Improvement: Collaborate daily with all shifts to enhance efficiencies, productivity, and uptime. Serve as a resource for managers in implementing production area projects, such as Poka-Yokes and cell modifications.


Adaptability: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed, adapting to the evolving needs of our department.


What We're Looking For:


Education: An associate degree in electronics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in programming and troubleshooting robotics and control equipment.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience with industrial equipment, including specifications and installation.

Must be able to program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
