Business Development Manager - Commercial Construction

This person would be vertical construction focused – hospitality, towers, multifamily. This role demands an individual who is an initiative-taker, loves a challenge, and remains customer-focused. You must be driven by objectives, eager to expand your knowledge, and intent on delivering superior customer service.
Responsibilities:

Follow up on provided leads.
Relationship development with building owners and property managers
Lead generation and community networking
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
Work with customers to sign contracts and turn them in for production
Hit minimum weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals

Who are we looking for?

Great at building relationships with people.
Exercises independent judgment and initiative and possess excellent analytical skills with a strong technical knowledge
Computer savvy and capable of learning other computer applications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

Self-Starter
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred, but not required
Construction industry experience is preferred
Previous sales experience is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
