Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate to join their Property and Casualty Insurance group in Orlando.
Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar Admission in Florida.
3-5 years of substantive litigation experience, with a focus on civil litigation in state court.
Experience in first-party insurance and bad faith insurance litigation is preferred, along with experience in federal court.
Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of property and casualty insurance litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Represent clients in state and federal court, with a focus on first-party and bad faith insurance matters.
Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex insurance litigation issues.
Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys on litigation strategy and case management.
