Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate to join their Business Litigation practice group in Austin.
Candidate Profile:


JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar Admission in Texas.

4-6 years of substantive experience in complex business litigation and arbitration.
Familiarity with Texas courts and rules is essential.
Proven experience in trial settings, including hearings, depositions, and managing cases under reasonable oversight.
Expertise in handling cases related to partnership and shareholder disputes, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, non-compete agreements, and commercial contracts.
Experience in real estate litigation, including developer disputes, broker defense, lender litigation, and partnership disputes.
AmLaw 200 experience or equivalent is preferred.
Strong legal writing and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in complex business litigation and arbitration cases across various industries, including real estate, intellectual property, securities, and corporate disputes.
Manage all aspects of litigation, from strategy development to trial preparation and courtroom representation.
Collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys in a fast-paced, challenging legal environment.
