Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Associate or Of Counsel attorney with at least 6 years of real estate experience to join their Real Estate group in Dallas.
Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar Admission in Texas.
6+ years of substantive experience in real estate finance and joint ventures.
Demonstrated expertise in leading the drafting and negotiation processes within real estate joint ventures and financing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent institutional equity investors and developers in joint ventures for the acquisition and development of multifamily, industrial, cold storage, and other commercial real estate assets.
Take the lead in drafting and negotiating real estate financing transactions, including construction and stabilized financings, debt fund, structured finance, and CMBS-style loans.
Collaborate on high-profile projects involving complex capital stack components, including mezzanine finance.
