Job Description

Lead and manage the family law practice, including supervising attorneys and staff
Oversee case strategies from intake to resolution, focusing on complex divorce, custody, and support cases
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and respond promptly to all client communications
Implement office policies, procedures, and financial management, including billing and collections
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss case progress and improve office performance





Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar
8+ years of family law experience, including divorce, custody, and support
2+ years in a managerial role, with experience leading a legal team
Strong litigation and courtroom experience
Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to manage a high caseload efficiently
Proficient in legal research and case management software
